Crepeaffaire Cardiff

By | June 6, 2016

On Saturday we Crepeaffaire Cardiff, which is located at the St David’s 2 Centre for Crepeaffaire opened their first shop in 2004 in London and have gone from strength to strength opening branches in new and exciting locations.

Located just outside the main St David’s Crepeaffaire has a nice atmosphere with seating inside and out, we were immediately greeted by the staff, who gave us out menus and showed us to our table, where the difficult decision of what to choose began.

There is so much to choose from and they all look and sound delicious, we finally decided on an Apple Crumble Crepe with vanilla ice cream

Although this looked delicious I didn’t give in to temptation to have a little taste and waited for my Merry Berry to arrive.

Wow, with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and cranberries, with a little yogurt, honey and a touch of mint leaves this was a total taste sensation, the flavours blended together perfectly.

We had picked sweet crepes, but couldn’t help a little peep at the people on the next table who had savoury which looked equally delicious, I couldn’t believe they went on to have a sweet crepe to follow as these crepes are packed with your chosen filling and would satisfy most appetites.

The service was fast and the presentation was fab, from the moment we arrived all the staff were extremely polite, helpful, and attentive, I asked them several questions while trying to decide what to have and they were happy to go into detail and even pass the time of day as they served, they really did go the extra mile to ensure the customers were satisfied.

I would recommend a visit to one of the 15 outlets all of which offer home delivery and a facility to order online and pick up on store, more details can be found at:

Ooh these look delicious. I’m afraid that I would have to go for savoury and sweet too! I just wouldn’t be able to make my mind up! Great review. I’m not sure that we have one of these near to us but I will keep my eye out…

They seem to be popping up over the country, I was tempted to have both but they are huge, thanks for the comment x

There’s one in Bristol?!! I’m going!! They look and sound amazing!! Apple crumble sounds particularly delightful! Although I love cheese, and if there a savoury one involving cheese, I may be more tempted by that! I’m just off to google where the Bristol one is! Thanks for sharing with #bigpinklink!
